They even created a charming Juliet balcony to add light and a touch of architectural interest.
The biggest challenge of this project? The property’s limited access meant all materials had to be delivered over a back wall.
With only one designated delivery driver able to accomplish this feat, this presented logistical hurdles. However, Scotia Property Projects rose to the occasion, ensuring materials arrived on time despite these restrictions.
Inside, the team meticulously transformed the space, adding light, modern touches, and maximising every bit of available space.
